Whatever the amount of your order, opt for payment in 3x free of charge. The first debit is made on purchase with your credit card, the following will take place the next two months. How do we do ? Just choose the option when purchasing your ticket.

Don’t forget : tickets purchased in 2020 are still valid for the 2021 festival edition. For full information on how to update or exchange your tickets, all information here

If you decided to keep your 2020 tickets for the 2021 festival:

  • If you purchased tickets via fr, Digitick or SeeTickets, your 2021 ticket will automatically be sent to the email address used at the time of purchase. Tickets will be sent from February 2021 onwards.
  • If you purchased tickets via Festicket, your 2021 ticket will be sent shortly to the email address used at the time of purchase.
  • If you purchased tickets via Ticketnet (Carrefour, Géant, U, Intermarché), simply present your 2020 ticket when entering the 2021 festival. You will not receive a 2021 ticket by email.
  • If you purchased tickets via Fnac (Leclerc, Cultura, Auchan, Cora), we are currently unable to confirm the ticket distributor’s procedure. Please contact the ticket distributor for further information.

 

If you decided to keep your 2020 tickets for the 2021 festival, but would like to swap your ticket for an alternative day (Saturday/Sunday 2021):

  • If you purchased tickets via fr: an application form for requesting an exchange will soon be made made available. Use your barcode order number and the email used at the time of purchase to swap a Saturday ticket for a Sunday one – or vice-versa. You will be issued with a new ticket featuring a new barcode order number. Your old ticket will be cancelled.
  • If you purchased Saturday or Sunday day-tickets via a different ticket distributor (Digitick, See Tickets, Festicket, Fnac, Ticketmaster), an exchange is not possible. However, you can request a refund by contacting the particular customer service (listed below) and purchase a brand new ticket for 2021 via welovegreen.fr

I still haven’t received my refund

As with each festival edition, various ticket distributors are responsible for managing our ticketing services. These include: Paylogic, See Tickets (ex Digitick), France Billet, Ticketmaster and Festicket. These service providers are responsible for issuing you with a refund. To date, they have guaranteed us that all refunds have been processed and issued.

 

  • If you purchased tickets via fr, Digitick or SeeTickets:
    If you correctly filled in the refund application, your refund has been or will be processed within a maximum of 1 month. Refunds will be made to the card used at the time of purchase. The refund will appear in your account with the heading “Paylogic” or “See Tickets”. Please check your transaction history to make sure you received the refund. If you paid by credit card, check the previous two month’s transactions. If you require further assistance in checking your transactions, please contact your bank. 
    If you’re unable to find the refund in your account, please contact the necessary ticket distributor customer service, providing confirmation from your bank that no refund was received. You will be asked to provide the first six and last four digits of your card.

  • If you purchased tickets from another ticket distributor (Festicket, Fnac, Ticketmaster):
    Did you follow the individual ticket distributor’s refund procedure correctly?
    If so and you are yet to receive a refund, there has probably been a glitch in the system which can be resolved by contacting the ticket distributor’s customer service.
    Please contact the ticket distributor in question first, before contacting us to let us know, that way we can follow up on your case.
