WE LOVE GREEN 2020 AND 2021 TICKETS

Refund requests for We Love Green 2020 and 2021 are now closed. The refund request from is no longer available. The final refunds were made on Friday 3 December 2021.

The funds will show up in your account by Monday 3 January 2022 at the latest.

HELP! I HAVEN’T RECEIVED A BOOKING CONFIRMATION EMAIL

Once your purchase is validated, you should receive a booking confirmation email from: donotreply@seetickets.com

This confirmation email features the details of your order, including the event name, date, venue, number of tickets purchased and the booking number.

Please note: Follow-up emails are sent to the email address used at the time of purchase. If you do not receive your booking confirmation within 48 hours of purchase, please check your spam, junk and deleted messages, as well as your other email accounts.

If you still don’t find the booking confirmation email and you:

  1. Have your booking reference: you can request a new booking confirmation again by clicking on “suivi de commande” (track your order).
  2. Don’t have your booking reference: don’t worry, head to SeeTickets customer service page and fill in your email in the section marked “Forgotten your details”. Here you’ll be able to find the details of your booking and resend a booking confirmation email.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY TICKETS?

Once your order is validated, you will receive a booking confirmation email.

To help prevent the black market sale of tickets, tickets will be sent out at the end of May 2022 to the email address used at the time of purchase. Please ensure you enter your email address correctly at the time of purchase!

If you incorrectly entered your email address, worry not! Click on this link and enter your booking reference, mobile number or post code to change your delivery email address.

REDUCED RATE FOR TEENAGERS

I’M 17, CAN I PURCHASE A REDUCED RATE TICKET FOR TEENAGERS? AND CAN I COME TO THE FESTIVAL UNACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT?

The reduced rate ticket for teenagers applies to those aged 12 to 17 included. Minors must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 18.

CAN I BRING MY CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 12?

Yes, childrens tickets will be available online soon. There is no minimum age for We Love Green. However, we do advise that children wear hearing protectors, which will be available at the festival site.

DO YOU HAVE A SPECIAL RATE FOR WORKS OR EMPLOYEES’ COUNCILS (CE)?

HOW CAN I GET A RECEIPT FOR MY PURCHASE?

CAN I CHANGE THE NAME ON MY TICKET?

No, you cannot change the name on your ticket(s) purchased.

I ACCIDENTALLY PURCHASED THE WRONG TICKET. CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

We’re sorry but we are unable to help.

In accordance with article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, tickets purchased on SeeTickets are neither exchangeable nor refundable (except in the event of cancellation or postponement of the show – according to the conditions of the organiser).

REDUCED RATES

DO I NEED TO BRING ID AND/OR PROOF OF STATUS TO ENTER THE FESTIVAL?

For the purchase of a reduced rate ticket, you will be asked to present an original copy* of photo ID and other proof of status at entry.

  • For under 25s: please present your Pass Navigo Culture** avec la Région Île-de-France OR Pass Voisins Paris 12e.
  • RSA jobs seekers or receiving work benefits: please provide a certificate that is no older than six months.
  • disability living allowance receivers (AAH): please present the decision issued by the MDPH or proof of the previous month’s benefit payment.
  • For students: please present a valid student card issued from a French university. 

* Digital copies (on your mobile phone) and photocopies of ID documents will not be accepted.

** Offer reserved for Navigo customers under 25 with a valid subscription (excluding Navigo Jour, Easy and Découverte passes) on the date of the festival visit. This offer is valid for holders of a monthly, annual, Liberté + or Imagine R pass.

If you are unable to present the required supporting document(s) at the festival entrance, entry will be refused.

WHAT ARE THE FESTIVAL OPENING HOURS?
Doors open at 5:30pm on Thursday 2 June and 1pm on Saturday 4 and Sunday 5 June.

The last show ends before the metro and tram lines close, which is around 12:30am on Thursday and Sunday, and around 1am on Saturday.

CAN I LEAVE AND RE-ENTER THE FESTIVAL SITE LATER IN THE DAY?
There is no re-entry into the festival. All exits are final.

SPECIAL CAR PARKS AND DROP-OFF POINT
To prevent traffic jams at the festival entrance, please take note of the car park and drop-off point GPS coordinates. Please note, there are a limited number of spaces available.

The festival does not have public car park facilities. Thank you for your understanding.

REDUCED MOBILITY ACCESS

We Love Green has organised the festival in a way to ensure people with reduced mobility can easily get about and access the festival and the stages, and enjoy the music from viewing platforms.

  • All the stages are accessible for people with reduced mobility. There will be special viewing platforms for La Prairie and La Clarière stages.
  • Disabled toilets are also available, as well as lowered service points at some bars.
  • There is a special entrance for those with reduced mobility.
  • Guide and assistance dogs are allowed on the festival.

If you are from a special organisation and you would like to accompany a group of people with reduced mobility to one or several of the concerts, please email the festival (at least two weeks before the festival) at: accessibilite@welovegreen.fr

DO YOU HAVE LUGGAGE STORAGE?

Luggage storage is located at the festival gates. You can leave helmets, large bags and equipment here. Bags are not allowed on the festival, so please do not come with a bag.

WHAT ITEMS ARE BANNED ON THE FESTIVAL SITE?

The following items are strictly forbidden on the festival site:

Rucksacks (apart from small handbags, tote bags, clutch bags, bum bags), illegal substances (drugs), dangerous objects (sharp or blunt objects), weapons (including fake ones), food, fireworks, all gas-powered items, tinned food and drinks tins, glass bottles and glass objects, chairs (even foldable ones), laser pens, megaphones and walkie-talkies, audio speakers, animals, and professional photographic equipment.

You cannot bring alcohol onto the festival site. Only reusable water bottles will be allowed. In the interests of respecting the environment, flyer distribution and/or promotional leaflets are not authorised. We also kindly ask you not to throw your cigarette buts on the ground.

DOES THE FESTIVAL HAVE A FIRST AID TENT ON SITE?

There will be a first aid tent by the main entrance to the festival site. We advise you to download the We Love Green festival map on your smartphone to help you locate this during the festival.

MISCELLANEOUS

 

WILL THERE BE EARPLUGS AVAILABLE?

Earplugs are available for free at the entrance. Noise-cancelling headphones for kids will be available to buy.

CAN I BRING MY OWN FOOD/DRINKS TO THE FESTIVAL?

No, festival-goers cannot bring their own food or drinks.

Will there be vegetarian, kosher and gluten-free food options available?

Our various food stands cater for all types of diets (organic, locally sourced, kosher, vegetarian…).

CAN I TAKE PHOTOS OR DO I NEED SPECIAL PERMISSION?

Festival-goers can take photos without special permission, as long as you don’t use professional camera equipment. If this is the case, you must apply for media accreditation.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PHOTO IS TAKEN OR I’M CAPTURED ON VIDEO?

WE LOVE GREEN festival will be filmed. By taking part in the festival, you expressly acknowledge that your image may be used in an audiovisual programme or in promotional reports, by any means and in any format, without restriction of time or of place.

HOW DO I APPLY FOR PRESS ACCREDITATION OR A PHOTOGRAPHY PASS?

CAN I HAND OUT PROMOTIONAL FLYERS AND PUT UP POSTERS?

Distributing promotional flyers and putting up posters is banned in Bois de Vincennes, as well as on and around the festival site. This is due to environmental reasons and to keep the woods clean and tidy.

ARE THERE WATER FOUNTAINS AVAILABLE ON SITE?

Yes, there are many water fountains across the festival site. You can even purchase a reusable bottle too!

HOW DO I BECOME A FESTIVAL VOLUNTEER?

Please bear with us, volunteer applications are not yet open. Online applications will open in spring. We’ll alert you via our social media, newsletters and in the information section on our website. 

IS THERE AN AGE RESTRICTION FOR THE FESTIVAL?

We Love Green applies no age restriction. However, we do advise that children and young people wear hearing protectors, which will be available at the festival site.

ARE PETS ALLOWED AT THE FESTIVAL?

Animals and pets are not allowed on the festival site.

ARE THERE MANY QUEUES?

We try our hardest to welcome you in the best conditions possible. We aim to avoid you having to queue to get in, at the toilets or at our various stands as much as possible. This year the festival will be even bigger, meaning more space for you!
