To purchase a reduced-rate ticket, you must provide proof of identity and a “physical” form of ID*:

– Under 25s: Pass Navigo Culture** with the Ile-de-France region and pass voisins Paris 12ème ;
– Jobseekers and RSA beneficiaries: certificate less than 6 months old;
– AAH recipients: MDPH decision or proof of payment for the previous month;
– For students: a valid card from an educational establishment in France.

*identity documents in digital format (on cell phone) or paper format (copy of identity document) cannot be accepted.

** Offer reserved for Navigo customers under 25 with a valid pass (excluding Navigo Jour, Easy and Découverte) on the date of the festival visit. This offer is valid for holders of a monthly, annual, Liberté + or Imagine R pass.

Access to the festival will be refused without presentation of these documents.

Yes, a specific ticket offer is online.
There is no minimum age for WE LOVE GREEN. We advise young audiences to bring hearing protection, which we’ll be distributing at the festival.

Items lost during festival concerts are collected at the info point!

Every day after the festival, up to and including June 7, lost items and items not retrieved from the left-luggage office will be available at the festival customs entrance – 1 carrefour de la pyramide – Vincennes.

From Monday June 12: they will be available by appointment at the WLG office, 42 rue du faubourg poissonnière 75010 PARIS

Please send an email with your contact details and as many details as possible about the item in question (color, size, brand, photo if possible, etc.).

For identity documents or means of payment (identity card, credit card, wallet, etc.), a document proving your identity will be requested.

No, all exits are final.

For a smoother entry to the festival, here’s a summary with GPS coordinates of parking lots and drop-off points. Subject to availability.

WE LOVE GREEN is organized to accommodate people with reduced mobility, adapting its production to facilitate access to the stages and main points of the festival.

All stages are accessible to people with reduced mobility, with a platform reserved for them at the front of the La Prairie and La Clarière stages.
All sanitary blocks and bars are equipped for access by PRMs.
A special entrance is dedicated to them.
Assistance and guide dogs are allowed on the festival grounds.

Specialized structures wishing to bring a group of people with reduced mobility to one or more concerts are asked to send an e-mail to the festival team at least two weeks before the festival at the following address: accessibilite@welovegreen.fr.

A locker is located at the festival gates for helmets, large bags and equipment. Bags not allowed on the festival will not be accepted.

You can pick up your items at the festival exit. All exits are final.

No, festival-goers can’t bring their own food and drink.

Numerous food stalls will be present, offering all types of food. Since 2023, the festival has offered a 100% vegetarian menu with over 50 restaurateurs.

No, 2D and 3D passes are nominative and cannot be shared. Cutting your wristband will render it invalid if the ticket is not in your name.

It is indeed possible to take photos without permission, provided you don’t use professional equipment, in which case you’ll need to apply for accreditation.

The WE LOVE GREEN team informs you that the event will be filmed. If you take part in the festival, you expressly acknowledge that your image may be used in the production of audiovisual programs and reports to promote the event, by any means and in any format, without restriction of time or place.

For reasons of environmental protection and cleanliness, the distribution of promotional leaflets and posters is forbidden in the Bois de Vincennes, both in the vicinity of the festival and on site.

Drinking water fountains will be available at the festival, so remember to bring your own bottles! (Glass bottles are forbidden).

Registration to join the WE LOVE GREEN 2024 family of volunteers will soon be open

There is no minimum age for WE LOVE GREE. All minors must be accompanied by an adult. We advise young people to bring hearing protection, which will be distributed at the festival.

No, pets are not allowed.

We’ve organized the festival in such a way as to welcome you in the best possible conditions and avoid you having to wait at the entrance, the toilets and the various stands. This year, the festival site is getting bigger for your comfort !
