Dear Festival-goers,

Our ticket exchange and refund tool is now available! Over the past few weeks, we’ve been working alongside our partner See Tickets to come up with various different options and solutions which apply only to tickets purchased from the We Love Green festival ticket office.

For tickets purchased from a different vendor, please contact their customer services for details.

Please note: June 2020 and June 2021 festival tickets are still valid for the September 2021 edition.

General terms & conditions

1 – If you’ve decided to keep your tickets for the September 2021 edition

You don’t need to do anything. You’ll receive an email with your updated ticket and conditions of entry 10 days before the festival. It will be sent to the email address used at the time of purchase.

Tickets purchased for Saturday 6 & Sunday 7 June 2020 and for Saturday 5 & Sunday 6 June 2021 are valid for Saturday 11 & Sunday 12 September 2021 regardless of the ticket vendor.

2 – If you’d like a ticket refund at face value:

Please note, you will not be refunded the €1.45 (per ticket) service fees. Ticket refunds will be made to the card used at the time of purchase, within a maximum of 1 month after 16 August 2021 (ticket refund closing date).

Ticket refund requests close on 16 August 2021.

If you bought your tickets at Digitick, Réseau France Billet, Réseau Ticketmaster, or Festicket, please contact their customer service.

3- If you’ve decided to keep your tickets but would like to swap for an alternative day

If you purchased tickets via fr: the day ticket is still valid for the same day for the 2021 edition. (For example: a Saturday 2020 ticket becomes a Saturday 2021 ticket). If you would like to swap days, you must request a refund and purchase a new ticket for the day of your choice.

If you purchased tickets via a different ticket distributor (See Tickets, Réseau France Billet, Réseau Ticketmaster or Festicket), please contact their specific customer service.

 

4 – If you have ticket for Gorillaz

Please bear with us…. We’re in talks with the band to play June 2022, but if negotiations fall through you’ll automatically get a full refund.

Terms & conditions

All tickets are automatically carried over to September 2021 – you don’t have to do a thing! A Saturday ticket will remain valid for Saturday, and a Sunday ticket will remain valid for Sunday.

Whatever option you choose in the refund form is final and constitutes as a firm and explicit waiver of the other options offered. Refund requests will no longer be possible after the Monday 16 August 2021 deadline.

FAQ

I’ve already purchased tickets for June 2021. Are they still valid for the new dates announced in 2021?

Yes! Tickets purchased for Saturday 6 & Sunday 7 June 2020 and for Saturday 5 & Sunday 6 June 2021 are valid for Saturday 11 & Sunday 12 September 2021 regardless of the ticket vendor. So you don’t have to do a thing!

 

Can I enter the festival with my June 2020 or June 2021 ticket?

  • If you purchased tickets via fr, Digitick or SeeTickets, your 2021 ticket will automatically be sent to the email address used at the time of purchase. Tickets will be sent from February 2021 onwards.
  • If you purchased tickets via Festicket, your September 2021 ticket will be sent shortly to the email address used at the time of purchase.
  • If you purchased tickets via Ticketnet (Carrefour, Géant, U, Intermarché), simply present your June 2020 or June 2021 ticket when entering the 2021 festival. You will not receive a September 2021 ticket by email.
  • If you purchased tickets via Fnac (Leclerc, Cultura, Auchan, Cora), we are currently unable to confirm the ticket distributor’s procedure. Please contact the ticket distributor for further information.

 

I purchased a 1-day ticket (e.g. Saturday), can I swap it for a different day of the September 2021 edition?

The day ticket is valid for the same day of the 2021 edition. (For example: a Saturday 2020 ticket becomes a Saturday 2021 ticket).

If you would like to swap days, you must request a refund before Monday 16 August 2021 before purchasing a new ticket for the day of your choice.

Can I swap my ticket for a June 2022 ticket?

We are currently unable to provide a day-ticket swap or exchange for June 2022 due to technical issues. Please request a refund before Monday 16 August 2021 before purchasing a new ticket for the day of your choice.

 

When will I receive my refund?

Ticket refunds will be made to the card used at the time of purchase, within a maximum of 1 month after 16 August 2021 (ticket refund closing date).

 

I purchased a reduced rate ticket (under 5s, kids or teenager) and still plan on coming to the festival. However, my situation has since changed in 2021: is my ticket still valid?

No! If you know your situation will change in September 2021, please request a refund and purchase a new ticket that reflects your current status. You will be asked to present photo ID or other proof of status at entry.

 

I purchased my ticket from a works council (CE – comité d’entreprise), what steps must I take?

We invite you to contact directly your CE representative to find out the different ticket exchange or refund options.

 

Is there a ticket refund deadline?

Refund requests are open from 15 July 2021 to Monday 16 August 2021. Refund requests will no longer be possible after the Monday 16 August deadline.

 

I purchased several tickets but only require a refund on one ticket. What must I do?

If you purchased tickets via welovegreen.fr, refunds can only be made for the entire order. If you purchased tickets via a different ticket distributor, please contact their customer service teams directly.

 

When can I purchase new tickets for the 2021 edition?

Tickets are on sale now via welovegreen.fr/billetterie

 

The credit card I used at the time of purchase is no longer valid. Can I still get a refund?

Our payment systems can issue refunds to an expired credit card. If you purchased tickets via welovegreen.fr or Seetickets (formerly Digitick), customer service will contact you once you’ve made a refund request. They will ask you to update your bank details if they are unable to issue the refund.

I’ve lost my ticket, can I still get a refund?

When I purchased my ticket via welovegreen.fr, I opted for Ticketmate (cancellation insurance). Will I get a full refund?

Yes, you will receive a full refund (ticket price + refund option).

 

I purchased tickets in three interest-free instalments via welovegreen.fr and haven’t yet paid the final instalment. What are my options?

All payment instalments are currently suspended. You will shortly receive an email asking if you would like to transfer your ticket to the 2021 edition or if you would like a refund. Depending on your choice, the last instalment will be reactivated or not.

I didn’t purchase my ticket from an official We Love Green ticket distributor but I would like to request a refund. What must I do?

We remind you that ticket resales are illegal and that the black market for tickets is banned!

French law n° 2012-348 of 12 March 2012 protects spectators against the resale of tickets by any company or natural person not approved by the producer of the show. Pursuant to this law (article 313-6-2 of the penal code), it is forbidden to resell show tickets outside approved ticket distributors and without the express authority of the show producer.

I’m 16 years old, can I purchase a reduced rate “Teen” ticket? And can I come to the festival unaccompanied if I’m a minor?

The reduced rate “Teen” ticket is for teenagers aged 12 to 16 included. Minors must be accompanied by an adult over 18.

Can I get an invoice?

There is a link in your confirmation email which enables you to generate an invoice. If can’t find your confirmation email, click on the following link to automatically resend your confirmation email: https://consumer.paylogic.nl/tickets/

 

Do I need to print out my ticket?

No, simple show your ticket via your smartphone. Make sure the barcode is visible so it can be scanned correctly. Please consider the environment before printing.

 

Where can I sell my tickets?

Beware of non-official vendor ticket resale sites, they may jeopardize the validity of your ticket. Official resellers include See Tickets, Fnac, Paylogic, ticketnet, festicket and welovegreen.fr. You can also use our official ZEPASS ticket resale site, which will be online shortly: https://welovegreen.zepass.com/

 

Are tickets to the festival individually personalised to the named ticket holder?

Only for reduced rate ticket holders (under 18s, RSA jobs seekers or receiving work benefits disability card holders, etc.). You will be asked to present photo ID and other proof of status at entry.

 

I accidentally purchased the wrong day ticket.

Sorry, we are unable to issue a refund. You can resell or exchange your ticket via our official ZEPASS ticket resale site, which will be online shortly: https://welovegreen.zepass.com/

 

Can I purchase a Pro Pass for industry professionals?

Can I make a donation when purchasing my ticket?

Yes, you can make a donation when purchasing your ticket. In 2019, the festival collected more than €11,000 in donations for our partner NGOs. This year we challenge you to go further!
