The support and refund application scheme is here! Over the past few weeks, we have been working with our partner See Tickets to offer you different options and affiliated terms and conditions. These options only concern We Love Green festival tickets.
On the occasion of WE LOVE GREEN TV’s launch, we will hide in our map the first names of the artists from the 2020 line-up who have confirmed their presence in 2021 AND the additional artists who will join us, to make this 10th anniversary edition an exceptional moment! We advise you to hold on to your tickets.
For tickets purchased at another point of sale, please contact their customer service to find out about the different terms and conditions.
1 – I’ll keep my ticket to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the festival which will take place on June 5 and 6, 2021! An edition that promises to be exceptional! An e-mail regarding how to update your ticket will be sent to you in the months leading up to the festival on the e-mail address provided at the time of your purchase. Those who want to exchange their day ticket when the 2021 program is announced need not worry, an exchange system will be set up.
2 – I wish to donate my entire ticket to the festival to give us the strength to weather this storm.
3 – I’ll make a total or partial donation in support of the Festival, culture and its professions.
4 – I ask for a refund of my ticket at face value, because 2021 is far away.
The festival support or refund application form will be available from June 3 to October 1st.

Any choice expressed in this form is final and constitutes a firm and explicit renunciation of the other proposed option.
I’m keeping my ticket for 2021.
There is no need to take any steps on your side! An e-mail regarding the modalities of updating your ticket will be sent to you in the months leading up to the festival on the email address indicated at the time of your purchase.
Tickets purchased for June 6 and 7, 2020 are valid for June 5 and 6, 2021, regardless of the means by which you purchased them.
I’m keeping my ticket but I want to change the day.
. If you bought your ticket on welovegreen.fr, the day ticket is valid for the same day on the next edition in 2021 (example: a ticket for Saturday 2020 becomes a ticket for Saturday 2021). But don’t worry, if you wish to exchange day tickets, an exchange system will be set up. How to do so will be communicated to you shortly.
. If you bought your tickets at Digitick, Réseau France Billet, Réseau Ticketmaster, or Festicket, please contact their customer service.
I am making a total or partial donation:
First of all, THANK YOU! Thank you for your support and especially for your generosity! By ticking “Receive a tax receipt”, We Love Green will send you a tax receipt by e-mail, once the donation has been paid, which will allow you to deduct 66% of the sum from your taxes, up to a limit of 20% of your taxable income. A donation of 20€ will be worth 6.80€, after tax deduction.
For tickets purchased from: See Tickets (Digitick), Réseau France Billets or Réseau Ticketmaster, this option is not available. If you absolutely want to support us financially, you can also make a donation to the We Love Green non profit organization at welovegreen.fr/billetterie.
I want my money back:
Please take into account that the refund does not cover a processing charge of €1.45 per ticket. The ticket(s) will be reimbursed as soon as possible, considering the circumstances, on the credit card used for the purchase, and in any case within two months following July 31, 2020, the closing date of this form. For any question related to your refund, we kindly ask you to wait until the end of this period before submitting your request HERE.

I have already bought my tickets for this year, are they valid for the new dates announced in 2021?
Yes, tickets purchased for June 6 and 7, 2020 are valid for June 5 and 6, 2021, regardless of how you purchased them. You don’t have to take any steps! An e-mail regarding how to update your ticket will be sent to you in the months leading up to the festival, to the e-mail address given at the time of your purchase.
I bought a day ticket (e.g. Saturday), can I keep it for another day during the next edition?
The day ticket is valid for the same day on the next edition in 2021 (e.g. a Saturday 2020 ticket becomes a Saturday 2021 ticket).
I bought a day ticket (e.g. Saturday) and I want to exchange it for the next edition?
If you bought your ticket on welovegreen.fr, an exchange system will be set up. Terms and conditions will be communicated to you shortly. For tickets bought at another point of sale, all the information per point of sale is given above. Simply click on the link corresponding to the one that is relevant to you.
I wish to keep my ticket but it is a reduced rate ticket, for instance kids younger than 5, kids, or teenager. If my situation changes in 2021, will it still be valid?
No! If you know that your situation will change in 2021, you must request a refund in order to be able to buy a ticket according to your new situation. We remind you that you will be asked for ID at the festival entrance.
I bought my ticket from an employee committee, what should I do?
We invite you to contact your employee committee representative directly to find out how to postpone or refund your ticket.
I would like to support the We Love Green festival by not asking for a refund of my ticket which I’ve already bought for this edition, what do I have to do?
First of all, THANK YOU! Thank you for your support and especially for your generosity! Regarding welovegreen.fr and festicket.com orders: you have the possibility to sell your ticket in its entirety or partially. To do so, you just have to fill in the form on the purchase site :
For other resellers: with See Tickets (Digitick), Réseau France Billets, or Réseau Ticketmaster purchases, you do not have this possibility. You will be able to keep your ticket so that it remains valid in 2021 or ask for a full refund.
And if you absolutely want to support us financially, you can also leave a donation to the We Love Green non-profit on welovegreen.fr/ticketmaster.
If I donate my ticket, can I benefit from a related tax deduction?
Yes, since the We Love Green non-profit – which organizes the festival – is a recognized organization of general interest, you benefit from a tax reduction equal to 66% of the amount of your donation. All you have to do is tick “Receive a tax receipt” on the welovegreen.fr and Festicket forms. A tax receipt will allow you to deduct 66% from the sum of your taxes, up to a limit of 20% of your taxable income.
A donation of €20 will thus be worth €6.80 after tax deduction.

I have bought several tickets but I would only like one to be reimbursed, what should I do?
For tickets purchased on welovegreen.fr, it is possible to split your order on the form provided. All you have to do is fill in the barcode of the ticket you wish to be reimbursed for. For tickets purchased on the Fnac or Ticketmaster networks, you cannot split your order. You can either postpone your tickets or get a full refund.
When can I buy new tickets for the 2021 edition?
2021 tickets will be available soon on welovegreen.fr/ticketing.
When will the line-up for the 2021 edition be announced?
More than a dozen artists from the 2020 line-up have already given us their encouragement and have already assured us of their presence in 2021. Artists from all backgrounds, musicians, and dancers, but also authors, entrepreneurs, actors of change, scientists, witnesses of history, journalists, explorers, and chefs, will join us to turn We Love Green into this fertile crossroads of arts and ideas. The final program and format will be announced shortly.
I have changed my credit card since my purchase, how can I get a refund?
For orders on welovegreen.fr or See Tickets (Digitick), after you have made your refund request, customer service will contact you to update your new bank details. For orders placed at another point of sale, please contact the associated customer service department.
I have misplaced my ticket, how can I get a refund?

When I purchased tickets on welovegreen.fr, I subscribed to the Ticketmate refund option (cancellation insurance), can I get a refund?
Yes, your purchase is refunded in full (ticket price + refund option).
I have subscribed to free of charge payment in three installments on welovegreen.fr and I haven’t paid the last installment. What solutions are available to me?
All deadlines are currently interrupted. You will soon receive an e-mail asking you if you wish to postpone your ticket to the 2021 edition or if you wish to be reimbursed. Depending on your request, the last due date will be reactivated or not.

I did not buy my ticket from an official WLG reseller and I would like a refund, how do I proceed?
We remind you that this is illegal and that the black market is forbidden! The law n° 2012-348 of March 12, 2012, protects spectators against the resale of tickets by any company or individual not approved by the producer of the show. In application of this law (article 313-6-2 of the penal code), it is forbidden to resell show tickets outside the approved points and without the express authorization of the producer of the show.
