Cashless; Get Prepared and Ready for Transactions On Site

The Cashless system has been up and running awaiting our trusty festival goers activity. On our website and on our, soon to be available, application you can add money (any amount of your choosing) to be credited to your account, and it will be linked to your wristband in order to pay during any and all transactions at the festival. 

Vendors and stands will scan a chip that sits inside your wristband with their payment terminals, and within seconds your transaction will be processed and completed. 

You can add money to your account (and it will automatically transfer to your wristband) at any time both online and in the We Love Green app (when it is available to you)! 

Please note that any funds left unused in your account can only be refunded in the two weeks following the festival, and we must receive a “refund request” from your Cashless account in order to process this ask. 

Lastly, you must create a Cashless account in order for you to link your chosen amount of money to your wristband. It is also necessary that you complete this account activation step, for the festival is 100% cash and card free, accepting only the payment attached to your wristband.
