TICKETS
If you have any questions about ticketing, please consult the Shotgun help centre.
All purchases of reduced-price tickets must be accompanied by proof of identity in “physical” format*:
– Under 25s: Pass Navigo Culture** with the Ile-de-France region and pass voisins Paris 12ème ;
– Jobseekers and RSA recipients: certificate less than 6 months old;
– AAH recipients: MDPH decision or proof of payment for the previous month;
– For students: a valid card from an educational establishment in France.
*identity documents in digital format (on mobile phone) or paper format (copy of identity document) cannot be accepted.
** Offer reserved for Navigo customers under the age of 25 with a valid season ticket (excluding Navigo Jour, Easy and Découverte) on the date of the festival visit. This offer is valid for holders of a monthly, annual, Liberté + or Imagine R pass.
Access to the festival will be refused without presentation of these documents at the entrance.
Yes, a specific ticket offer is online.
There is no minimum age to come to WE LOVE GREEN. We advise young people to bring hearing protection, which we will be distributing at the festival.

THE DAY AFTER OR AFTER THE FESTIVAL

Please send an email with your contact details and as much information as possible about the lost item (color, size, brand, photo if possible, etc.).
For lost ID documents or payment methods (ID card, bank card, wallet, etc.), proof of identity will be required.
The WE LOVE GREEN festival is organised to welcome disabled people and people with reduced mobility, with special facilities.
- Reception team coordinated by 2 specialist associations
- PWD entrance and RRM car park
- Platforms in front of the stages Prairie, Clairière et Canopée
- All toilet blocks and bars have been adapted for disabled access.
- Magnetic loop
- Vibrating waistcoats
- Assistance and guide dogs are permitted at the festival.

There is a locker at the festival gates for helmets, large bags and equipment. Bags that are not allowed on the festival will not be accepted.

Deposit for unauthorised items: €5 per item, in cash/cb/cashless. Please note that the deposit only holds unauthorised items, except those marked with a star*.
You can collect your items at the end of the festival. All exits are final.

There will of course be a first-aid post near the main entrance to the festival.
We recommend that you download the WE LOVE GREEN map onto your smartphone to help you find your way around the festival.
Divers
Disposable and reusable earplugs, as well as children’s ear protection headphones, will be available at the Info & Safety Point during the festival.
Prevention & Recycling:
We’re counting on you! Please remember to throw your used earplugs in the bin—or even better, return them to the Merch Stand (next to the Info & Safety Point). BLOX will recycle them into urban furniture like benches and tables.
No, festival-goers cannot bring their own food and drink.
There will be plenty of food stalls selling all kinds of food. Since 2023, the festival has been offering a 100% vegetarian menu with over 50 restaurants.
No, 2-day and 3-day passes are nominative and cannot be shared. Cutting your wristband will render it invalid if the ticket is not in your name.
It is possible to take photographs without permission, provided you are not using professional equipment, in which case you will need to apply for accreditation.
The WE LOVE GREEN team informs you that the event will be filmed. If you take part in the festival, you expressly acknowledge that your image may be used in the production of audiovisual programmes, reports made for the purposes of promoting the event, by any means and in any format, without restriction of time or place.

For reasons of environmental protection and cleanliness, the distribution of promotional flyers and posters is prohibited in the Bois de Vincennes, both in the vicinity of the festival and on the site.
Drinking water fountains will be available at the festival, so don’t forget to bring your own bottles! (Glass bottles are forbidden).

There is no minimum age for WE LOVE GREEN. All minors must be accompanied by an adult. We advise young people to bring hearing protection, which we will be handing out at the festival.
No, animals are not permitted (except assistance and guide dogs).
We’re organising the festival in such a way as to welcome you in the best possible conditions and avoid you having to wait as long as possible at the entrance, toilets and various stands. This year the festival site is getting bigger for your comfort!
