At every stand in the festival, the vendors scan the chip on your wristband with a payment terminal, and in just a few seconds the transaction is completed! You can top up your wristband before the festival to avoid wasting time when you get there, but you don’t have to.

  • Cashless is the only way to pay for your purchases at all the festival’s points of sale. To pay for your order, simply tap your wristband on the payment terminal. The operator will show you the amount of the order before you enter your wristband, and your new balance will also be shown.
  • Cashless allows you to top up your account before or during the festival on the festival website.

By creating an account, you can :

  • Check your wristband balance and transaction history
  • Register your bank card for faster top-up
  • Block your wristband and get a new one if it is lost or stolen
  • Reload before the event via the website, and pick up your pre-loaded wristband on arrival.

  • If there is money left on your cashless account, you can request a refund of this balance from 03/06/2024 08:00:00, to 16/06/2024 23:59:00 from your cashless account.
  • You have already created my cashless account: a “refund request” button will be available on the module to make your request.
  • You have not yet created your account: you must first create your cashless account using the 6-letter identifier printed on your wristband before making your refund request.
  • No request for reimbursement after the deadline will be accepted.

No, you can top up your wristband directly at the cashless banks (or via the QR code on your wristband). Your wristband then remains completely anonymous.

No, you only need one account! You will need to remember to use the barcode number of the ticket for the first day you are coming, so that your balance is given as soon as your ticket is scanned.
