CASHLESS
The festival is 100% cashless. From now on, your money will be credited to an account linked to your wristband, which you can use for all on-site transactions (drinks, catering, merchandising, etc.). At every stand in the festival, the vendors scan the chip on your wristband with a payment terminal, and in just a few seconds the transaction is completed! You can top up your wristband before the festival to avoid wasting time when you get there, but you don’t have to.
How it works: Cashless payment is the only way to pay for purchases throughout the festival. To pay, simply swipe your wristband at the terminal. The operator will show you the amount before payment and your updated balance immediately afterward.
Pickup: You will receive your wristband at the festival entrance when your ticket is checked. If you are attending the festival for multiple days, be sure to keep it on and do not remove it between days.
Fees & Validity: There is a €1.50 activation fee when you first load funds onto the wristband. You cannot use a wristband from another event or a previous edition.
Creating an online account is completely optional and can be done at any time; otherwise, the wristband will remain anonymous.
However, creating an account allows you to:
Check your balance and transaction history online.
Register your credit card for faster reloads.
Remotely block your wristband in case of loss or theft (not possible without an account).
Manage multiple independent wallets (with separate, non-transferable balances) using a single credit card.
Good to know: A single account is sufficient for multiple days; use the barcode from your first-day ticket so your balance is activated as soon as it’s scanned.

After picking up your wristband: use your email address, your contact information, and the 6-letter number printed on the back of the wristband.
How to find your barcode?
Purchase on welovegreen.fr: the ticket number is available in the email received by each buyer with the subject line XXXXXXXXX
Purchase on Fnac or Ticketmaster: the ticket number is displayed below the barcode
Purchase on Shotgun: the ticket number is displayed below the QR code available in the app

Refund of remaining balance: You can request a refund of your remaining balance between June 8, 2026, at 8:00 AM and June 22, 2026, at 11:59 PM via your account. If you haven’t created an account yet, set one up first using the 6-letter ID from your wristband.
Reselling a ticket with a cashless top-up: If you have resold a ticket purchased on welovegreen.fr or Shotgun and had previously topped up your account, don’t worry—the resold ticket will not include the cashless top-up; it will remain in your account, and you can request a refund after the festival.
If you resold your ticket through other sites, your top-up will be linked to the resold ticket. We therefore advise against reselling your ticket outside the platform.
Limits: No requests will be accepted after the deadline, and amounts under €0.50 cannot be refunded
Loss or theft: If you have an account, ask to have your wristband blocked at a cashless information desk. Without an associated account, the wristband cannot be blocked and the stored funds will be permanently lost.
